Anniston Municipal Golf Course is a nine-hole course that opened in 1934. It was built as a depression-era Work Projects Administration under President Franklin Delano Roosevelt. “The Hill” as it’s called, has twilight, senior and annual member card rates. The golf course is two miles east of Downtown Anniston.
